Greetings to you in the Name of Jesus Christ and welcome Week 2 of our series on The Power of the Tongue. This week, the focus is on The Doubting Tongue.
Operating in the Supernatural requires Faith (Mark 16:17a) and one of the ways Faith is expressed is through our declarations.
Mark 11:23 “For assuredly, say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” NKJV
One of the greatest stories of the manifestation of the Supernatural the world has ever known is that of a virgin that conceived and gave birth to a son without any human involvement. There is absolutely no medical explanation for that divine event except that it is a wonder (Isaiah 7:14).
In studying that great event, I found out that this virgin (Mary) used the Power of the tongue to her advantage (Luke 1:38).
Worth noting is the fact that female anatomy requires that she meets with a man for conception to take place and it would have made logical sense for Mary to respond to the angel in doubt but the Bible records that she expressed Faith in the Word sent to her from God and indeed she conceived and gave birth to a son as prophesied; while still a virgin.
There are many things we require in life that will take the Hand of God to deliver but to see these things come into reality, we must become proficient at declaring Faith. The more we assert our confidence in God by making declarations of Faith, the more we are guaranteed to see the fulfillment of prophecies. On the other hand, the more we declare our unbelief, the more reinforced impossibilities become.
With God all things are possible but you have to cooperate with God by getting rid of a Doubting tongue.
Have a great week.
God BLESS you.
