Greetings to you in Jesus Name and welcome to the month of April 2018.
It is the 4th month of the year and our post-resurrection season.

Our series this month is on Divine Wisdom, particularly on what it takes to access it and I will like us to begin the series by laying a foundation on The Fear of God.

Psalm 111:10 “. . . The Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true wisdom.:. . .” NLT

Joseph was a man who operated Divine wisdom in Egypt.
He was placed in authority because the wisdom found in him was unique and greater than all the kind found in all the wise men in Egypt. Interestingly, the kind of wisdom he manifested is rooted in the Fear of God.

In Genesis 39:9 and Genesis 42:18, the Bible testifies of Joseph as a man who feared God. Even in the secret, and completely unmindful of the consequences of his choice, Joseph refused to commit sin, His standard for not righteousness was not based on the presence or absence of people neither was it on the knowledge or ignorance of people concerning the event. It was based on reverence and godly fear.

As a reward for his godliness, God endowed him with Divine wisdom and despite everything life threw at him, Joseph ended up on a throne he did not qualify for by human standards. God used the example of Joseph to demonstrate to us that the fear of the Lord is the basic requirement that qualifies us for the wisdom of God.

It is my prayer that you will follow the example of Joseph, both in secret and in the open, so that like Joseph, the wisdom of God will distinguish you and place you at the top.

Once again, welcome to the month of April 2018

God BLESS you.
