From Glory to Glory Greetings to you in Jesus Name and welcome to this new week.
As we continue in this series, let’s see again, what else it takes to see the Glory of God.
Habbakuk 2:1 “I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see…” – KJV
To see the Glory of God, you have to position yourself rightly. One major way of positioning oneself to see God’s Glory is by waiting upon the LORD in prayer and fasting.
As mentioned last week, we place a demand, just like Moses did but remember that Moses was also on a fast when he placed a demand to see the Glory of God (Exodus 33). A wise man, Bishop David Abioye, once said, “In prayer, we express our desires before the Lord but in fasting, we express our desperation before the Lord.”
I’ll also like to point out to you that God’s Glory is not “cheap”. He shows it, in response to man’s desperation to see it. God will never come down to man’s standard; it is man that must take responsibility to meet up with His (God’s) own standard.
In this year of “From Glory to Glory,” I am persuaded that as you position and engage yourself in prayer and fasting, unending Glory will surely become your testimony.
I earnestly await your testimonies of the reality of encounters with the Glory of God.
God BLESS you
From Glory to Glory!
