Week of November 09 2015

Heaven on Earth Greetings to you and welcome to Week 2 of November 2015.
Proceeding in this series, we will be taking a look at another deadly enemy of Praise.
It is called OFFENSE.

While waiting for prayers to be answered or for the promises of God to be fulfilled, many people are tempted to get offended, thinking that they have been neglected or treated in a way they don’t deserve, especially if such people are very actively serving God or think they have done all that is needed to get their expected results.

This often makes men to withdraw from praising God. It equally hinders God from receiving the praises of anyone offering Him praise with such a mindset.

Matthew 11:6“And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.” KJV

In Acts 16, Paul and Silas were imprisoned for preaching the Gospel!
I am sure the devil must have whispered a lot of questions into their ears, such as:
“Where was God when you were arrested?”
“Why did He not send angels to fight and resist your arrest?”
“Haven’t you wasted enough quality time preaching about Him?”

These were enough to stir up offense in them but they refused to be offended in God. Rather, they chose to praise Him from a joyful, grateful and offence-free heart and God intervened in their situation in a BIG way.

God is set to intervene in that situation, don’t be offended, rather praise Him and watch how He intervenes in a BIG way.
I await your testimonies of Mighty Divine intervention via Praise.

God BLESS you
Wonders Without End!
